Why didn't I receive my Order Confirmation email?
First things first - make sure to check your spam folder!

If you didn't receive your Order or Shipment Confirmation email, please contact us via our customer service and we can confirm the email address associated with your account.
We often find that incorrectly types of email addresses are often cause of missing emails.
How do I determine my correct size?
To ensure a perfect fit, use a measuring tape to measure your band size (under the bust) and your bust size (around the fullest part). Refer to our size chart for accurate sizing. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.
How do I care for my lingerie?
To maintain the quality of your lingerie:
- Hand wash with mild detergent in cold water.
- Avoid wringing or twisting.
- Lay flat or hang to dry, away from direct sunlight.
- Use a laundry bag if machine washing is necessary.
Can I return or exchange lingerie?
Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns or exchanges for unworn and unwashed lingerie with tags intact. Please refer to our return policy for more details.
ORDER TRACKING
Order Processing
We dispatch orders from Malaysia.
Ready stock orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
For pre-ordered items, processing begins within 1-2 business days upon stock arrival, which may take 7-14 business days.
Upon successful order placement, an email confirmation containing order details will be sent. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam/junk filter or contact us for confirmation.
Please ensure that the provided address is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery resulting from errors in the address details. In the event of a returned order due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the second shipment fees. Upon receipt of payment, we will arrange for a second delivery.
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you do not receive your order within 7 days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us.
